Elizabeth Yu, best known for her roles as “Azula” in Netflix’s Avatar: The Last Airbender and “Mary” in Todd Haynes’s May December, is a born and raised Jersey Girl with a love for sharing the art of acting with others.

Elizabeth’s, or “Lizzy’s”, experiences working on high-budget film and TV has taught her the ins and outs of this industry. Between learning choreographed stunt routines, producing short films, writing scripts, delving into scripts and scene work with some of Hollywood’s best, Elizabeth has learned how this industry functions and wants to teach her students how to get the best out of their career.

Her journey started at The Prep NJ with Theresa Pittius on self-tapes, voice-over, acting technique, and career counseling. Ever since, she has found a love for teaching others the beautiful secrets behind crafting “Your greatest self-tape.”
