Audition and Performance Anxiety Workshop with Michael Jacobs, PhD- Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Michael Jacobs will provide students and their parents information about how anxiety and perfectionism impacts performers and help them identify problematic responses through coaching and exercises. There will be a mock audition, presentation about audition anxiety / safety behaviors, and engaging exposure exercises.

We will also have a Q+A for all to participate.
