Beginner/Intermediate On Camera Acting Technique Class

Explore scene study, full body exploration and movement, intention, and more!

WEEK #1: Acting 101! We will get to know each other, play some games, and begin to discover how our entire body, voice, mind create character.

WEEK #2: Script Analysis! We will look at a scene, dissect it, and figure out what is important to the actor to create an environment, circumstances, and character. 

WEEK #3: Bringing It All Together: Scene work! Everyone will be assigned a scene and scene partner. Students will observe each other's performance, learn how to take notes, and learn from both performing themselves and watching their peers.
