Yoga for Actors will help you get out of your head and into your body. It's a wonderful way to prep for any audition or acting class (as well as life in general). This class inspires deeper listening through connection to breath, freedom and play through exploring physical alignment, and also works towards building flexibility and strength in your body and mind! Open to all levels of experience. Please come to class with a yoga mat and blocks if you have. If you don’t, your floor and a large book will work just fine! *This is a virtual class via Zoom.
