Justin Montello-Cullinan

Born and raised in the Boston area, Justin Montello-Cullinan has a broad background in the art of acting. Since a young age he has been performing in theater and at the age of 14, entered the professional world after booking his first co-star role on Defending Jacob. Since then he has booked multiple short films, independent films, commercials, and more. He is based in New England and New York for television, film, voiceover, commercial, and print. He trains at The Prep with Sarah Baskin, Jessi Clayton, and Brandon Salerno.
As host of Youth Industry Talks, he interviews and gives young people in the entertainment industry a platform to share their personal journeys, issues in the industry, advice, and more conversational style.
In the business side of the industry, Justin has experience working at a bi-coastal talent agency where he was responsible for submitting actors on Breakdown Express, reviewing self tapes, managing and selecting headshots and media, editing actor profiles, assisting with the onboarding of new clients, selecting talent for potential meetings to gain representation, and more. He most recently started working at The Prep in February of 2022 where he assists with basically anything and everything. As an intern and part of the administrative team, he helps with marketing, new class ideas, promotions, communication with students and parents, and event planning. He also conducts private career counseling sessions where he provides advice, preps and reviews materials, and guides parents and students on the best next steps to take to advance their careers. He is so passionate about this industry, young actors, and The Prep!

Justin is currently enrolled at The New School of Performing Arts majoring in Dramatic Arts.
